Dan's Pasta Free Range Lamb and Salsa Verde Cannelloni
Layered between large fresh pasta tubes, you will find slow-braised Diced Lamb Ragu using some of Australia’s finest Free Range Lamb. These sit on a bed of four hour slow cooked tomato sauce. Accompanying the lamb is a brown butter Béchamel sauce – now cut through these layers to experience the creamy, oozy wonder of cannelloni. Now for the colour! On the top layer sits a sweet and tangy salsa verde made with extra virgin olive oil and fresh rosemary and mint. Last but not least, it is topped off with a generous fix of super stretchy mozzarella cheese.

Cooking instructions (from Fresh):
Preheat your oven to 180 degrees Celsius
Remove from bag and cook for 25 minutes
Increase oven temperature to 210 degrees Celsius and further cook for 5 - 10 minutes or until the top is golden

Preheat your oven to 180 degrees Celsius
Remove from bag and cook for 45 minutes
Increase oven temperature to 210 degrees Celsius and further cook for 5 - 10 minutes or until the top is golden

Keep refrigerated below 4 degrees Celsius. The fresh best before date is on the packaging and typically 10 days from delivery,
