Tortellini in Brodo
A classic tortellini dish, perfect for cooler evenings.
- 1 portion fresh tortellini
- For the broth (brodo): 100g chicken bones, 1L water, 1/2 onion, 1/2 carrot, 1/2 celery stick (note: this recipe uses a chicken broth however any other stock can also be made or bought)
step 1: prepare the broth by combining all ingredients in a pot and let simmer for one hour. remove any foam that builds on the surface
step 2: bring broth back to a heat and add your fresh tortellini. cook for 3-4 minutes
step 3: plate up and enjoy!
