Spaghetti w/ Crab, Tomato & Nduja
- 1 portion Dan’s Pasta Fresh Spaghetti
- 1/2 jar Dan's Pasta Tomato Sauce
- 30g Dan's Pasta Sourdough Garlic Pangrattato (breadcrumbs)
- 100g Blue swimmer crab
- 50g Nduja sausage/paste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 clove sliced garlic
- 1/4 sliced red chilli
- 1 knob butter (about 20g)
Step 1: Add olive oil to pan on low heat and add your garlic and chilli. Cook for 1 to 2 minutes until translucent
Step 2: Add the blue swimmer crab and dice and cook for 1-2 minutes until caramelized
Step 3: Drop the spaghetti into salted boiling water and cook for 2-3 minutes
Step 4: Add Tomato sauce to the pan and cook on low heat
Step 5: Using a pair of tongs, add the spaghetti to the pan and mix through. Drop the knob of butter to bring the sauce together
Step 6: Sprinkle over garlic pangrattato, serve onto plate and enjoy!
