Rosemary Gnocchi w/ Mushrooms, Cherry tomatoes and Mozzarella

For 1

  • 1 portion fresh rosemary gnocchi
  • 1 portion danspasta homemade tomato Sauce (1/2 jar)
  • 1 drizzle danspasta garlic oil (about 10ml)
  • 1 handful fresh sliced mushrooms (about 100g)
  • 5-6 cherry tomatoes (halved)
  • 1 knob of fresh mozzarella cheese (or handful of shredded) 
step 1: drizzle garlic oil in a pan on medium heat, add rosemary gnocchi and begin to caramelize
step 2: add mushrooms and tomatoes and cook with gnocchi for 2 to 3 minutes 
step 3: add tomato sauce to the pan and cook until the sauce is hot.
step 4: add the mozzarella cheese, melt and garnish with basil leaves. Season to taste and serve!
