Rosemary Gnocchi w/ Gorgonzola & Radicchio
Ingredients
- 1 Portion Dan’s Pasta Fresh Rosemary Gnocchi
- 1/4 Fresh Radicchio
- 100ml Fresh or Thickened Cream
- 30g Gorgonzola Cheese
- 2 TBSP Olive Oil
Method:
1. Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a non-stick pan
2. Place Rosemary Gnocchi in pan and cook, turning regularly until golden (about 2-3 minutes). Remove Gnocchi from pan and set aside
3. Remove core from radicchio and roughly chop
4. Add radicchio to the same pan and cook for 2 minutes on medium heat until wilted
5. Turn pan down to low and add 100 ml of fresh or thickened cream and Gorgonzola cheese
6. Mix through for 2-3 minutes until thick. Stir regularly while cooking
7. Add Gnocchi and gently stir to combine. Serve.
