Roasted Pumpkin and Sage Ravioli w/ Butter & Chilli
For 1
- 1 portion fresh ravioli (pictured here is our duck ravioli)
- 2 knobs butter (about 50g)
- 1 sliced small chilli (or danspasta chilli oil)
- 1 handful basil leaves (5-6 leaves)
step 1: add two knobs of butter to a saucepan on low heat. keep an eye on it while finely slicing one small chilli
step 2: add chilli to the pan and cook until fragrant

step 3: drop the ravioli into salted boiling water and cook for 2-3 minutes
step 4: once the ravioli is cooked, drain and add to the butter sauce. Cook the ravioli until crispy (optional), garnish with basil and serve!
