Pici w/ Basil Pesto & Parmesan
For 1
- 1 portion fresh pici
- 1/2 jar basil pesto (about 2 tablespoons)
- reserved pasta water/cream (about 2 to 3 tablespoons)
- parmesan to grate
step 1: drop the pici into salted boiling water and cook for 3-4 minutes until al dente
step 2: in a mixing bowl, add basil pesto. Once your pasta is cooked, drain and add to the mixing bowl

step 3: add your reserved pasta water (or cream) and stir until every strand is bright green!
step 4: dish up, get generous with your parmesan and serve!
